| Marshall, Texas is a prestigious All-America
City where historical preservation and natural
beauty complement each other. A history buffs
delight with more than 100 historic markers
and medallions, several historic cemeteries
and home of the magnificent Harrison County
Historic Museum temporarily housed in the
historic Ginnochio Hotel with exhibits from
Lady Bird Johnson, Y.A. Tittle, George Foreman,
Bill Moyers, historic artifacts, and much
more.
Marshall offers more than 800 motel rooms
plus bed and breakfast accommodations. Don’t
forget to visit the Texas & Pacific Depot
Museum; Michelson Museum of Art, and Starr
Family Mansion a state historical park.
Marshall and Harrison County are second to
none in offerings to the sports enthusiast,
and centuries-old, mysterious Caddo Lake rivals
any lake in the South for natural beauty and
good fishing.
Dont miss Stagecoach Days in May and the
FireAnt Festival in October. From Thanksgiving
to New Years Day, Marshall shines brightly
with more than 10,000,000 tiny white lights
during the annual Wonderland of Lights celebration.
We are also the home of eight pottery manufacturers;
two are retail outlets with potters you can
watch at work. Marshall Pottery is the largest
manufacturer of red clay pots in the United
States and has 100,000 square feet of shopping.

Marshall Chamber of Commerce.
